2.) Item(s) still have the original tag.

3.) Item(s) haven’t been installed or modified while in your possession.

  • You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping if you are shipping the item(s) back.
  • The item(s) must be returned in the original packaging.
  • Installed or customized items are ineligible for return.

Please note that final sale and clearance items are returnable or exchangeable at the purchase price.

RESTOCKING FEES

All returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. You will receive an email confirming the exact amount of your refund less applicable restocking fees once the merchandise has safely reached our store and undergone inspection.
